I give 1 star because I received these and upon taking them I was feeling nauseous and had stomach pain. I waiting for 3 days and still had the issues so I posted a question asking if anyone else had issues with feeling sick with stomach pains. I asked this wondering if it was a side effect just like taking iron or if it was just me to get a better idea of it this was normal, etc… Well, my question was deleted (I am assuming by the seller) so this leaves me questioning this product and the seller’s integrity. Are they trying to hide something because I feel it was a valid question. So…this has left me feeling very disappointed and disgusted for spending $40.00 on something that is not what it claims to be. NO, I don’t recommend this product. UPDATED: After reaching out to the seller regarding my experience and asking my question looking for an answer I updated to 4 stars. The seller was very apologetic regarding my experience and gave me some information in response to my question and also issued a full refund without my asking for one. I believe the seller has an authentic belief in their product and backs it with total satisfaction. This gives me more confidence in the seller and the product. I don’t take more than 2 pills a day and that seems to be fine for me to not feel nauseous or have an upset stomach. I am waiting to see if I have any changes in energy, etc. SECOND UPDATE: I have been taking these for about a month now and seem to have a better overall feeling of better utilization of my energy.     This supplement made my skin break out so bad after the first 2 weeks. I tried pushing through but it was so painful and worse than ever before.     Love the product would recommend this to anybody who has a hard time eating liver itself and still wants to get their iron intake. This is the way to go does have an iron liver smell to them but once you get the capsules down, you really don’t notice it. I take the first three in the morning with my coffee and then I take the next three at night before I go to bed

    Having read different reviews of these specific pills from 鶹 I became very scared they weren’t what they were advertised as. I cracked one open and it tasted meaty and slightly salty so definitely not rice flour, I’m no scientist so couldn’t be sure they’re beef liver.

    Having said all of that, they made me feel energised and focused after a week of taking them, again, this may be from reading the positive reviews and expecting such results, but I guess in the end does it matter? I’ve bought the once from ancestral health to compare though

    UPDATE:
    - just received my ancestral supplement beef liver and they definitely do not smell the same. Don’t know what’s in the codeage ones but it’s not beef liver as far as I can smell!! The photo shows how brown they should be. I’ll feed back in a month once I’ve finished the real deal

    This codeage Grass Fed Beef Liver Supplement cames in a container of 180 capsules, I started with capsules a day and am slowly building it up to 6 a day.....this is the first time for me of taking a beef liver supplement.
