Coconut Mojito

1oz Coco Colada Cream of Coconut, 2oz white rum, ¾oz lime juice, ¼oz simple syrup, club soda, ice & fresh mint leaves

Muddle mint leaves with simple syrup in a cocktail shaker. Add ice, rum, cream of coconut, and lime juice. Shake well, strain into a glass with fresh ice. Top with club soda and garnish with mint sprigs.
