At Club House, we hand-harvest our black peppercorns to ensure that the larger berries are picked for the boldest flavour. For freshly ground pepper, fill your grinder with our peppercorns. Once a rare spice, today black peppercorns grace kitchens and tables around the world. A twist of the grinder adds an earthy, pungent kick to whatever’s on your plate. Black pepper enhances the flavour of meat, gives a spicy bite to soups and stews and brings layers of flavour to vegetables. When added whole, peppercorns bring gentle heat. Use them in herb sachets to flavour long-simmered stocks and stews. Add them to brines for whole chickens, turkeys and pork roasts. Or, include peppercorns in spice mixes for pickling.
