Can I say holy maple? This stuff smells amazing! Bought it to make maple candy, haven’t had a chance yet but no doubt it will work amazingly as it is very strong smelling (in the best way ever!!!). If it works in the hard candy will be buying lots more for sure!

    I did a comparison to mapliene and found this product to actually be superior in every way. It's a bit 'lighter' in colour but flavour is awesome. It also allows better bread fermentation for my maple raisin bread. (not sure what's in mapliene but it really slows fermentation) All in all a VERY good product
