Directions

In saucepan, combine water and gravy mix. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until gravy comes to a boil; simmer 1 minute. To make poutine, serve prepared poutine gravy over French fries and cheese curds. Alternatively, combine water and gravy mix in 1 qt (1 L) microwave safe bowl. Cook, uncovered on HIGH power for 6-7 minutes until bubbly and thickened, stirring after each minute.
