- Reviewed in Canada on February 17, 2025Verified PurchaseWhat a piece of junk. I bought this just over a year ago and haven’t used it yet. Charged it for a full day, went to turn it on and it doesn’t work. Have looked online to troubleshoot and nothing seems to get this thing to charge. Really disappointed as it is out of warranty period now. Waste of $100. I do not recommend.
- Reviewed in Canada on March 22, 2020Verified PurchaseWhere was I before this brush?! It spins for your you way faster than your arm and hand can scrub. Love the different heads it comes with, it worked so well on the grout in my shower and made my shower look brand new. Easy to use and just follow instructions and charge.
- Reviewed in Canada on July 14, 2017Verified PurchaseI like this power scrubber for what it does well. I have back problems and so I was looking for something that would make cleaning the bathrooms easier. The grout scrubber attachment is fine. The small area flat scrubber attachment is very limited in its usefulness. The large half-round is somewhat of a disappointment. It cleans the toilet and is great for behind the toilet and cleaning the baseboards and quarter round. But I was hoping it would clean my bathtub and the tiled walls of the shower. I was not thrilled with this. But I have a suggestion for the manufacturer - make a flat scrubber attachment the same circumference as the half round but with a gentle scrub pad such as Scotch Brite has for cleaning tubs, tiles and sinks. And make this pad replaceable. Now that would be absolutely scrubtastic.
- Reviewed in Canada on April 25, 2020Verified PurchaseEasy to use, but annoying to store, and not as helpful as you might think.
I wouldn't buy it again.

- Reviewed in Canada on September 26, 2020Verified PurchaseWell after charging over night and using for the first time, the battery died in 5 mins. I’m not a fan of having to stop my scrubbing after 5 mins then charging for an hour then to continue. What a waste of money and time.
- Reviewed in Canada on November 16, 2018Verified PurchaseThese brushes work amazing for cleaning hard to reach places in the bath! My MIL has a bad back and I’m pregnant and these have been a lifesaver for us! 100% recommend.

5.0 out of 5 stars So far so good....
Verified PurchaseSo I looked at youtube reviews... read all of the 鶹 reviews here BEFORE I took the plunge to get this... basically, it was a good purchase.
Lots of the reviews here said that the battery doesn't last long enough to do anything so I decided to test it as soon as I got it. I plugged it in, let it charge for the 4+ hours & turned it on, resting it on a box so that the motor would have a little resistance. Almost an hour later it was still going strong. If you can't clean what you need to clean with this thing in an hour, you need a maid, not the Scrubtastic.
Also, I've determined what the certain brush heads are good for & by far the best one for tile is the flat head one. The conical shaped one is best for sink faucets & hard to reach places & the big one... maybe toilets..? Not sure. Putting it on drastically reduces the RPM *because of the diameter* so the scrubbing power goes down a bit & it's just awkward... too big.
Last thing, make sure that whatever cleaning agent you're using is up to par. I can't recommend CLR or Simple Green more. It makes a HUGE difference.
All in all, this thing isn't really a time saver but it does save your back & arms from pain of cleaning shower tiles & whatnot. Worth the 40 bucks.

5.0 out of 5 stars Scrubs away normal deposits but elbow grease is still needed for heay deposits
Verified PurchaseI found this scrubber easy to put together and even easier to charge and use. I purchased another product for cleaning purposes when the brushes didn't work well. They are a bit too soft for heavy scrubbing but will work well for normal dirt and maintenance cleaning. The scrubber is also a bit heavy. I found it light enough for myself but someone looking for an alternative to hand scrubbing, and is having mobility issues, might be trading one problem for another. Ive seen mentions made about this scrubber not allowing much pressure to be put on the head while working. I found no such issue. If the motor bogs down too much you know that's what you've got. If that's not enough for your dirt try sandpaper. Lol. This piece of equipment saved me a ton of work on my bathroom and I'm thankful I found it. Reminder for any who read this far: ibdid need to buy an adapter and pads fir deeper cleaning because the brushes are too weak for deary deposits. I hope this helps someone out. Happy shopping.

1.0 out of 5 stars Buyer Beware!
Verified PurchaseI bought this scrubber to clean the grout on my 1200 square feet of tile. It is a huge job, and I'm a 63 year old woman with a bad back, so thought this would make my life easier. Instead, it turned out to be huge pain in the neck, and I'm out $50- I ordered the scrubber with the intent of doing a section of the house at a time. I used it a couple of weeks after receiving it, and it worked just okay. When I tried to use it again about 3 weeks later, it didn't work for more than about 10 minutes. I charged it several times, for a couple of hours, to overnight, and it would not power up at all. By now, I had had the product for almost 5 weeks, but tried to return it and was told no by 鶹 because 30 days had (just barely) passed. I was told to contact the seller, and they told me I had to contact Clorox. I spent about 5 hours trying to deal with Clorox, Their fax would never go through. I sent the receipt for purchase by e-mail 3 times, and they never responded. I finally got though on the phone again, spent a very long time on hold, and was told they would send a replacement product. It is now 2 months later, and after several phone calls to them, I still have no replacement. BTW, they have a special number at Clorox for this product because they have had so much trouble with it! Don't waste your time or money!

4.0 out of 5 stars A good product for everyday cleaning, but not designed for extremely heavy cleaning requirements. Owners manual needs some work.
Verified PurchaseI bought this for my wife who has trouble reaching different areas when cleaning the bathtub area. We have a whirlpool bath and like to scrub out any accumulated gunk after each use. (Who wants to sit it that?) We also use the shower and clean the tiles around the shower every week or so. My wife, who has developed limited mobility and has had two knew replacements, was having trouble doing the daily and weekly cleaning because of her limited reach and the desire not to have to bend or kneel on the floor. This power brush permits her to clean the tub easily. She actually can do it sitting down next to the tub. The tiles are another matter, but again, she can easily clean them all, including the shower head, faucets, and bathtub fill pipe without having to stretch or lean over the tub -- an imbalanced position that might result in a fall.
Some have complained about the unit being weak or poorly made. No, this is not designed for massive pressures to be used with it, but normal grime will clean up without that much force. Perhaps someone with scale in the water or heavy soil issues might want to buy something stronger. What we have found is that you should apply pressure gradually. If the motor starts to slowdown, you should let off on the pressure a bit. If the motor seems to be running at full speed, you can apply a bit more pressure. Be sure to use an appropriate cleaner with this product when needed. Time to complete a job, amount of force needed to do it, and overall effectiveness will not be as good without the cleaner. The reason I gave it four stars instead of five is first that the sections snap together, but it is not always clear if this happened correctly. Once you get used to it, this is not an issue, but first-time users might find the device separating at the joints. The second thing is that there is some type of hanger attachment provided, but no directions on how to use it. I still don't know now this is supposed to work. The battery charger plug is located in the handle where you are supposed to hang onto the unit, but appears to be poorly sealed, and might let water (or whatever) in. Normally, you probably wouldn't want to have water running on this area and getting your hand wet, but I am not sure if splashed water or condensation might get into the battery compartment from this area. Again, nothing in the directions about this possible issue. It might be that lightly splashing some water in the area would not be a major issue, but putting it under a full-force faucet, under water, or otherwise getting it very wet might cause issues. Lastly, the directions again are a little vague on the charger use. Obviously, you should not charge the brush system in a place where it might be damaged or fall into water or other fluids, but we left it on the charger for a full 12 hours before using it for the first time, even though the charge status light had turned green only a few minutes after being plugged in, something that seemed to be unlikely.
To summarize, the power brush has met or exceeded our expectations. The owner's manual has not. This device is not designed for heavy duty cleaning or very tough cleaning jobs, where a lot of pressure is needed. You may have to clean up these heavy messes one more time by hand or however you used to clean them. But for lighter cleaning, like in our case, weekly cleaning of the bath tub tiles, or daily cleaning of the whirlpool bath, this device makes the job a lot nicer, both because it does a quick job, but also because it permits cleaning without excessive bending.

3.0 out of 5 stars Well built tool but just doesn’t stay charged
Verified PurchaseHave purchased this product twice and each time the unit has died and will not charge. Mechanically it worked well and was robust. It just did not function due to no ability to charge. I cannot recommend it but have made a claim to the seller and will report back after I receive their customer service.
Update
Customer service was very prompt in responding and are sending me a replacement unit so 5 star to that!
