    Ich habe das Tens-Gerät während der Einleitung und der Latenzphase meiner Geburt genutzt. Die Stärke der Impulse war absolut ausreichend und habe ich nicht ausreizen müssen, d.h. da war noch ordentlich Luft nach oben, hätte ich das benötigt. Super fand ich persönlich die Möglichkeit, den Abstand zwischen zwei Wehen erfassen zu können und damit einen Überblick über das Geschehen zu behalten.

    Die Anleitung und das Anbringen der Elektroden waren leicht verständlich und einfach durchführbar. Dennoch wäre meine Empfehlung, sich vor der Geburt schon mit der korrekten Position der Elektroden und den einzelnen Stimulationsmodi auseinanderzusetzen, das gilt sowohl für die Gebärende als auch die Begleitperson.

    Praktisch ist auch die farblich passende Tasche, in die man das Gerät verstauen kann. Zukünftig werde ich es wohl bei Periodenschmerzen nutzen und meine Rezension anpassen, sofern es dabei nicht nützlich sein sollte.
