I bought this Chromebook from deals Ontario first of all it arrived late then the screen was not original and it screen also had glitches, kept freezing and other problems with it. I would not recommend buying from them spend little extra money and get from a verified retailer

    I was drawn to this due to its 2-in-1 design and portability, and it mostly is pretty good. The touchscreen is responsive and works well for note-taking and casual browsing. The 360-degree hinge feels sturdy. It’s a great companion for light productivity or entertainment.

    Performance-wise, it handles basic tasks like web browsing, streaming, and document editing without any issues. The Intel Celeron processor and 4GB of RAM is adequate, but don’t expect it to multitask heavily.

    The battery life is excellent. Lasted several hours (10 for me). The Chrome OS interface is snappy.

    What didn’t impress me was the storage. The 32GB eMMC fills up fast, especially if you use a lot of apps or store files locally. I’d recommend using cloud storage or an external drive to avoid running out of space. Also, the screen resolution is fine for most uses but could be sharper for reading small text.

    Overall, this is a solid pick if you need an affordable, reliable device for light tasks. Just be prepared to work around the limited storage and slightly lower screen quality.

    I ordered a renewed Acer 512 and received one with a non-functioning physical and touch keyboard. However it was absolutely "like-new" in physical appearance. It was so nice that I took a chance and ordered a replacement rather than geting a refund.
    I received the replacement later than promised it worked perfectly... however it have very noticable signs of rough treatment.
    I purchased several renewed tech items for both personal and corporate use from others in the past and Acer's renewal operations seem to have very significant quality assurance issues that I have never from other vendors. I suggest avoiding renewals by Acer.

    I know this is a refurbished product and I didn’t expect it to be perfect but when I got it and I plugged it in it didn’t charge. I left it plugged in for three days and it still didn’t charge so I had to return it. Luckily, I got my money back.
