It’s just what you need to punch up a soup or some fried rice, plus it’s excellent for dressing, drizzling, marinating, and sautéing at medium heat. We use an expeller-press method, meaning we extract the maximum amount of high-quality oil from the sesame seed without applying heat or chemicals, leaving all the good stuff inside.
