    Perfect for meat chicken tractor. Easy to install, clean, and turn off. Highly recommend these for everything except in the winter. If you have cold weather, the cup will freeze and can be hard to thaw to get the nipple out without breaking it.

    They don’t stand up to use. 2 of the cups fell out of the attachment at 2 different times within a week of install so tank drained and chickens had no water. Had to pvc glue the cups back in - and now the one cup broke off and tank drained again.

    Better if cups screwed into attachment instead a pressure fit

    Have to look for new watering system - idea is good - execution is bad

    They work ok. I'm happy with them but found my chickens have knocked them off. The bowl is not screwed to the piece that screws into the pipe.So, my chicken's knocked off by stepping on them. I used a food safe glue to solve the problem.
    I would buy them again knowing what I know now.

    I really like this style of water for my chicken and quail grow out cages and even my chicken tractor.
    They don't need to "learn" to peck the little yellow arm like in the other versions of this. Also putting multiple waterers in a row is quite easy with the PVC tees. They can also be used without the Tee, by drilling a pilot hole in a square (preferred) bucket and mounting it a few inches up from the bottom. Very simple and handy. The downsides? They freeze up in winter if they are not in a heated space. They get clogged easily of the water has algae or other small particles in it because the opening/pilot hole for the water to fill the cup is only 1 or 2 mm. If you are using tap water, this is probably not an issue but if you are using rainwater from a barrel etc, you may need a small filter ahead of these or you will find them seized up fairly quickly. It can be cleaned out but its a pain depending on how/where you mounted them. I suggest a shutoff valve be installed inline with these for that exact purpose. So really great for spring/summer/fall, and clean water. The UV does get to them if out in the sun all the time. About 2yrs and they are brittle and crack. Keep them in the shade or indoors and they should last 3-5 yrs easily with some maintenance.

    Love this product keeps my chicken happy with constant clean water, the bowl automatically fills with water which is much more ideal than other ones on the market that the chickens have to peck at a filler stick for water
    comes with all the tees needed which is really handy and 8 tees at my local hardware store arent cheep so it saves money!
    it looks exactly like in the pictures
    100% would recommend this to any chicken or bird owner
