    This is just a cardboard box with 5 different sized plastic baskets in it. There are no instructions included. I went to the website and they have some recipes listed-but not for the actual cheese making. They refer to purchasing their book but I do not see it on 鶹. The company is located in New Zealand, and to purchase the book directly involves expensive shipping fees (to Canada) I have found some soft cheese recipes online and tried them. I feel you still need to line these baskets with cheesecloth. The product would have been better if they had little feet on the bottom of the baskets so they could elevate above tray/bowl, plate and not sit in the liquid. And if they could have included just one recipe to get started. You could do the same with a cheesecloth lined colander.
