I purchased this charging station as I have more than 2 joy-cons. This charging station is perfect as I can charge 2 sets at once . The station is portable in size and charges both brand-name and off-brand controllers. The controllers fit in nicely and snugly and don't fall off the charger . The indicator lights are easy to see and straightforward red indicates that the controllers are charging and green indicates a complete charge . Fairly quick to charge and serves its purpose very well.
