This is an easy to fly, fun place for young kids. My son is 8 and learned to fly it quickly. The key is to use it on a day with no or little wind. One item that needs to be improved is the propellers tend to fall of when it lands. Maybe they could be glued on, and it would be better if they were a bright or neon colour that stands out against grass as they are impossible to find when they do fall off.

Works great, very easy to learn and fly! I had wanted a remote control airplane all my life, and bought one (now 2) of these to do just that. Best plane can buy for the $ IMO. Seems fragile when first see it, and very light but I can attest that it is very tough. Ours has had countless full speed crash landings, into side of brick wall and still works. The nose has broken off about 5x, but we just keep gluing it back on or fly it as is. Bought a second for a present after trying it out and can say have no complaints. Advice- write your name and phone number on it for WHEN you lose it. Dont fly when windy or will not be able to fly back to you. The plane loses communication with controller around 400' away and will possibly keep flying away when this happens, so keep it somewhat close. If wants to just climb all the time under throttle then bend the back wings/flaps slightly to adjust.

My son uses this thing almost everyday in our front yard. He and his friends are not professional pilots by any measurable metric, so this thing has crashed hard, and often. It keeps on going. It has been stuck up in trees, and batted down with rake handles or tree trimmers, and it keeps going. It has flown smack into the soft belly midsection of other neighborhood children, and it keeps going. The closest thing I can equate it to in terms of indestructibility is this drone is the Michael Myers of drones. You could probably shoot it, stab it, burn it, run over it, or just plain wish it away but it won��t go to that grave. It is a tank. Recommend for the value.

Good learning skills for the kids and to keep them occupied. Definitely need to glue the tails into the bracket so they don't fall off after repeated crashing. Wheels need to be secured or potentially glue it inside the foam as the clip that sticks in will come off easily. Wish I knew that beforehand as now I am missing wheels (I only glued the tail wings not the wheels) but it doesn't affect the experience if you just throw if off and fly instead of having it start on a runway. Overall a great buy and learning experience for kids.
