It supports the weight of balloons and a backdrop but if any outside force hits it it could fall if not weighted properly. It’s super easy to assemble. One note would be the last piece you put in you have to pull the circle down to fit it in well but it should slide right in. The colour is nice. Size is accurate and fits all the backdrop I’ve ordered for it so far! I have used it for many events and it has kept its shape and colour well.

    I cannot believe how easy it put together. A second person is nice to do the last snap. Does come apart fairly easy. Beautiful easy accessory to a party. Makes it look very professional. We put a blue wrap over and balloons. Be careful when outside. It is top heavy. Weights on legs would have been helpful. I would then recommend some fabric to cover feet of hoop.
