    The quantities of vitamins and minerals in this product meet the Health Canada recommendations, which to me was the most important thing. They also arrived intact every time I ordered them, and I don’t find that the Omega 3 pills have a strong aftertaste. One minor annoyance is that there are two pills to take instead of one. The vitamin pill is not small, but I didn’t find it too large to take comfortably. However, I did find that they make me more nauseous than other vitamins I have tried, even after my morning sickness passed. It helped me to take the vitamin pill first and the Omega second - maybe because there’s more water to flush the first pill down? I also try to have a moderately filling breakfast about 1.5-2 hours before taking the vitamins, so I’m neither hungry nor overly full when I take them. Hopefully this advice helps you avoid some discomfort! To me, the tradeoff was worth it considering the overall quality of the product.

    I recently started taking the Centrum Prenatal Multivitamins/Minerals with Folic Acid and DHA and I am very pleased with the results so far. As someone who is expecting, it’s essential to have the right combination of vitamins and minerals, and this supplement provides exactly that. The 60 prenatal tablets are packed with essential nutrients like folic acid, calcium, and iron, which support both my health and my baby’s development. The added DHA softgels are a huge plus, as Omega-3 fatty acids are important for brain and eye development.

    The tablets are easy to swallow, and the softgels are a nice, manageable size as well. While the packaging may vary, the product itself has been consistently good. One thing I appreciate is that Centrum’s prenatal formula doesn’t have any overpowering smells or aftertaste, which I have experienced with some other prenatal vitamins in the past.
