Capturing both bulky and fine very dust the 95798 separator dramatically reduces the need to replace filters, filter bags and extend the vacuums useful life. The Quick Click separator combines cyclonic action with a unique concave baffle design that results in highly efficient separation of both large and very fine particulates. The result is a clean air stream reaching the vacuum which insures the vacuums performance is not compromised by dirty filters that reduce airflow and sealed suction. The 95798 separator was designed around industry standard vacuums and hoses to make connecting the separator easy and efficient with minimal need for adaptors or duct tape. Both the intake and outlet to the vacuum are designed to be compatible with industry standard wet-dry domestic vacuums and their hoses like Rigid, Shop Vac, Vacmaster, Dewalt, and many other brands. The hoses will fit male into the 2.375” inlet. The outside of the inlet and exit to the vacuum are designed to accept popular 2.5” dust collection wire support hoses commonly used in home and commercial workshops. The 95798 has a 4” diameter discharge point to the debris recovery bin which helps keep the separator clear of performance robbing clogs. When mounted to the lid of the recovery bin you will notice there is a cylinder extending from the 6.5” wide mounting flange that presses through the recovery bin lid to keep the Quick Click separator. Combining the larger flange width along with the extended cylinder insures the Quick Click Separator remains stable during use and helps insure a sealed condition. This separator is translucent, allowing the operator to see the debris separation.

Quick Click Separator

Separator

The Quick Click Separator separates the dust, debris, and liquids from the airstream that goes to your vacuum, giving your vacuum an expanded lifetime and saving you money on filters and vacuum bags. Commercial rubber gaskets prevent leakage. The separator comes assembled and ready to use. The separator inlets are designed to receive 2.25" hose adapters.

If just the separator is chosen, the rubber gasket, Allen wrench, nuts, and bolts are included with the separator.

Exclusive to the Quick Click Separator, the baffle plate helps reduce fine dust reaching your vacuum through the airstream.

5 Gallon HDPE Bin

5 Gallon High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) Bucket

Dust, debris, and liquids are collected into the included HDPE bucket to be collected. The bucket is more heavy duty than normal buckets; not the normal everyday DIY bucket.

The bucket with separator measures approximately 29" tall and 13" in diameter without the included hoses or adapters. With the hoses and hose ends, leave an extra approximately 8" in height. If the lid needs to be taken off in a cabinet or enclosed workspace, leave an extra approximately 2" to the height to remove the top hose.

12 Gallon High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) Bucket

A pail made for durability.

The dust, debris, and liquids are collected into the included 12 gallon HDPE pail to be disposed of. The bin has a heavy duty threaded lid, making it easy to empty and ensures years of reliable usage.

The bucket with separator measures approximately 34" tall and 16.25" in diameter without the included hoses or adapters. With the hoses and hose ends, leave an extra approximately 9" in height. If the lid needs to be taken off in a cabinet or enclosed workspace, leave an extra 2" to the height to remove the top hose.

Air Relief Valve

The air relief valve included on only the 12 gallon separator prevents a sealed suction, which can extend the life of your vacuum motor even more and keep the pail from collapsing. The separator air relief valve is adjustable; we suggest having it relieve pressure when the pail reaches a 95% sealed condition.

The air relief valve is attached to the 12 gallon pail and is ready to be used upon arrival.

The unique ratchet locking feature of the lid ensures that the lid will not release should it tip during use or while being moved.

Adapters

Two adapters come included only with the separator with buckets. Both adapters have the standard 2.25" inlet, meant for the inlet and outlet of the separator. The other end of the adapters fit to standard 1.5" hose ends.
