Used it for about a week. So far accurate to the minute. The seconds hand aligns perfectly. Large watch. The size is almost exactly like Garmin Instinct but a bit flatter. It's very minimally larger than Seiko 5 automatic, but thinner, lighter and much more accurate. Unlike Seiko, the bezel is fixed, for decoration only. The lume is decent even after several hours in the dark, but definitely not as bright as Seiko's. The band is stiff but so far I didn't feel the need to replace it. I love the cheerful yellow minutes and seconds hands which contrast nicely with the dark blue face. If you want a good looking, very accurate watch without the need to replace batteries this Casio offers a good alternative to Seiko at 1/3 of the price. And you don't have the annoying issue of automatics which after two days of not wearing them simply stop and require total resetting.

    Great watch, classic diver style and charged right out of the box. The navy color is really nice. This will be a perfect daily watch. The strap that it comes with is cool and has a rugged look, not garbage like another review said. I added a nato strap to give it more of a marine style and it looks cool with that too. Don't be scared to get the watch wet or go swimming with it, but maybe take it off if you're actually going to dive. Accuracy is on point as well, it hasn't sped up or slowed down since. The solar power charging is a nice addition, no more batteries!

    Lovely watch...but very large and heavy. On the plus side, the entire case is stainless steel (not silver-plated resin), with a full-size screw-on stainless steel back-side cover plate (making the inner workings truly waterproof). But all this metal is the source of its weight. Plus the overall diameter of the watch is larger than comparable diver's-style watches (presumably to maximize the surface area of the solar charging cells invisibly embedded in the dial face of the watch). These two characteristics result in a watch of noticable heft, thickness and weight. It felt like an anchor attached to my wrist (I'm exaggerating to make the point that, for me, it was uncomfortable to wear for any length of time). I also found the size adjustment slots in the resin strap difficult to get the right fit for my wrist (one slot made the strap too loose, but the next one over was too tight). Resulting in my regrettably having to return the watch. I would surely love to keep it if it was smaller and lighter, as it is truly a very fine and aesthetically appealing wrist watch. And also appealing, it being solar-powered eliminating the need to ever have to worry about changing the battery.

    I personally like casio watches. This one looks bold and I get a few compliments on it. I haven't had much of a chance to test the water resistance, only splashes of water from washing my hands and it was fine.

    The only cons so far is when bending the hand, it digs in sometimes which is slightly uncomfortable but is expected for a watch and isn't significant to not wear it. The wrist adjustments are either slightly too tight or loose for my fitting, but again, that is due to my wrist size (kept is slightly loose). I believe the straps are also interchangeable.

    The watch performance itself is great and I like the design, interface, and solar charge capability. I've had another solar casio over 7 years ago and it still works (the resin band gave out so I moved on). This is my third solar casio and I have high hopes for this watch and am using it daily. Haven't had any big problems with it yet. Also the case is not sapphire so I've been careful to not scratch it. Nice timepiece.

This model is more for aesthetics, but overall build is satisfactory. Would buy again.

    It does what it does — tell you the time, and the date. But it depends on your setting it correctly. The date has to be adjusted for the months with less than 31 days, but that’s not hard. You just have to remember to do it. It keeps good time, but it’s self-contained — it does not connect to any outside source to ensure it’s the correct time. In that sense, it’s not “up to date” like a lot of smart watches today.
    But it works; it’s simple, and looks terrific. No issues with me.

    The watch arrived today. It looks good and is a good weight. Not too heavy. Just right. 
    A previous review stated that because a battery list fell out of the box it was not solar charged.
    The same list fell from my packaging. The same packaging that states that the watch has a non replaceable MT920 battery. This is a rechargeable cell. I suppose all the energy that it collects from the sun has to live somewhere.
