It has a screen, buttons, and it calculates. Quite well. I actually quite like the ability to change the screen brightness and contrast. Initially I could not see the screen unless viewing completely straight on, but after reducing the contrast, I can see it at an angle with zero problem. It's straight forward, has all the things I need for simpler electrical engineering equations and is extremely cheap for what you're getting. I'd obviously love a graphing HP or TI calc, but atm this is all I need to get me by. The manual has also been extremely helpful. In a time where manuals are often just full of legal jargon and instructions are relegated to the internet, I found this quite nice. 10/10 in my opinion.
