    A month ago, I saw a video on Youtube that reminded me of this watch's existence; I remembered my friends wore it back when I was in high school. I immediately realized I must get it...

    Its basic water resistance seemed like magic back in the olden days (Wow, look, it still works in a glass of water!) and it has a stopwatch that measures hundredths of a second AND IT HAS A LIGHT! Don't laugh, I am Gen-X. I made my own toys from carboard and scotch tape when I was a kid, I know how to use rotary phones and do research from books.

    This watch came out just after the proper cyberpunk era of the 80's and it was omnipresent - everyone had one as it was cheap, not-ugly and did its job perfectly. You can even play the "double zero" quasi-game: run the stopwatch and try to stop it exactly when hundredths show 00.

    This was and even today is a really handy device. It does not matter if you are a kid in the elementary school or a soldier, this watch will serve you well. It looks retro-awesome, it is reliable, pretty resistant to damage, it will survive a shower and even a short swim. Ultimately, if it gets destroyed, no biggie - just get another one or three.

    The most ridiculous thing is that since I bought it a week ago, I had already two people tell me it's awesome!

Actually very surprised considering some of the boxes I've gotten it caught on and yanked have been quite heavy. Can't go wrong with a budget classic!
