Just wasted money. The cartridges don’t work with my printer. They fit in, but the printer rejected them. When I started looking into it, I noticed a note that said: “Don’t unpack the cartridges — check if your printer has HP+ first.” My printer was on the list of printers the cartridges are supposed to be compatible with. In the cartridge documentation, there is a QR code for customer support. This code leads to a non-existent link. Thank you so much for your cartridges!

There was a card to scan a QR code to check if it was incompatible before unwrapping the plastic wrap, but it takes to a "404 Page not found' page so I couldn't check, and they don't work.
