You are getting quality that matches the price point. This tripod case is marginally better than cases that typically come with your tripod. It is an acceptable replacement, but not an upgrade. I am giving it five stars because the advertisement is correct and I feel the price is fair for the quality. I would however recommend spending a little bit more money and getting a better quality product.

Acceptable tripod bag for smaller tripods.
This tripod bag was smaller than I expected. When I saw the product page, the diagram says it was 8” X 8” X 32.7”, and I was hoping to put my large tripod in it. I measured twice before ordering it. When I received it, it was much smaller. The correct dimensions are 4” X 4” X 22”. Fortunately I was able to find my smaller tripod which manages to just squeeze into it. But I could not fit my large tripod. I went back to look at the descriptions, and I believe the wrong photo diagram was used. The written description says “suitable for holding tripods, 10 * 10 * 57CM” so I believe the written description is correct. Please measure your tripod based on these measurements. As for the product, the material is oxford fabric. It is not waterproof. It is more meant for keeping dust and dirt off. There is no padding, so if you are worried about it being tossed about, add some bubble wrap or a cloth around your tripod. For this size and weight, it would be easy to carry and hike with.
