This drink dispenser was perfect for my daughter's lemonade stand. Lemonade was still cold after 10 hours of being outside on a warm spring day. No leaks, and the dispenser does not leak or drip when pouring drinks. Just remember to either loosen the airtight top or press black button while serving or fluid will come out too slow due to airtight seal! Also this dispenser travels securely with no spills. Would buy again.

$129 retail and $109 sale price for this is absurd... For starters the cheap red thin casing on the outside looks horrible made from cheap material. The latches hardly hold the lid down strong enough to not leak. If this has hot liquid and is in your vehicle, even if the lid is on it still leaks out of the top.
The bottom spigot worked for 2 weeks now leaks, but with how its made its darn near impossible to fix. We've tried just about everything but its leaking on the inside now where its supposed to be insulated.
Seriously, for the cost, I expected 10x better.

This beverage dispenser is really handy to have when you need it. It has a round shape which is unique and works well for storing liquids. The outside has a beautiful red colour which is sure to stand out and looks very nice. You could take this to the beach, on a picnic or use it in your backyard on a hot day. There are handles which are comfortable and make it easy to lift and carry around. Of course, it is not limited to being used for beverages and you can store other items such as food inside as well if you need to and the insulation will help to keep the contents hot or cold.

The lid is fastened securely to the base using clasps which ensures it will not come off by mistake. The clips are strong and made out of metal.

The inside has a stainless steel thermal material which is what keeps the drinks cold or hot as desired. The outside is made up of various layers which helps with the insulation. When using this as the intended beverage dispenser, you can pour your liquid directly inside and attach the included spout in order to pour it into cups. The dispenser has a 20L capacity and the lid is tightly secured to prevent leaks. For hot liquids, this works well for coffee, tea, hot chocolate or even soup. You can add ice water or any cold drink like lemonade or iced tea too.

I'm a Lion, and our club does a lot of community events over the summer break. This little cambro will be great for having cold beverages on hand for our members and volunteers when it's hot, and come winter, we can fill it up with hot apple cider to warm our volunteers for the Santa Claus Parade! It's super tough, the latches close very securely with no leaks, and the spigot dispenses quickly, and closes with no drips. Filled it up with boiling water as a test, and it was still plenty hot 12 hours later.

When I received the "Carivia Insulated Beverage Dispenser, 20L/5 Gallon Ice & Hot Drink Dispenser with Spout Spigot and Portable Handles, Thermal Hot and Cold Drink Server Dispenser for Restaurant Drink Shop," and unpacked it, there was an unpleasant odor. This was likely because the spout was not pre-installed, exposing the inner layers and whatever adhesive they used.

I gave it a thorough wash with warm soapy water and then installed the spout. There were no instructions on how to install the spout, and unfortunately, the spout quality is quite poor. It’s disappointing, considering the dispenser itself seems durable, leakproof, and well-designed for carrying. It’s puzzling why the spout is worse than dollar store quality.

After installing the spout, I tested it and there was zero leakage. I also did an ice test (just one tray) for 12 hours; the ice melted, but the water was cool (though not super cold) after 12 hours.

For my needs (party, picnic, or camping use), this is acceptable.

Overall, I’m pleased with the dispenser, but not with the spout. I'd give it 3.5 stars. Not worth the full price!

This very well-built cooler/dispenser is perfect for gatherings where you want to keep a drink either hot or cold and need to serve it quickly. the dispenser is gravity fed and is easy to use. It is very well insulated keeping your beverages at the perfect temperature for long periods of time. It is easy to carry and easy to clean. The top is simple to put on or take off and as long as it's set on properly, leaking is no issue. Definitely worth the buy.

Spout is tight so it doesn't leak. The inside is about 1 1/2 " of insulation and lined with stainless steel. The lid shuts and locks tight with seals and clamps that lock it down. Holds so much liquid both cold and hot. Kept 5 gallons of hot cocoa hot for 12 hours and iced tea cold for 24 hours.
