    I have had this walker for a couple of years. I bought it after having a couple of falls while out for my daily walk. I wanted something that was sturdy enough to give me a secure feeling when walking by myself. This walker does the trick. I would rate it a 4 for instructions for putting it together. There were a couple of items that I had to figure out on my own how they fit as I wasn't able to figure it out from the instruction paper. Using the picture of the finished product, I was able to solve the issues.
    This item gives me a sense of balance while walking. The handles are very easy to adjust to the correct height. It also acts as a chair for me to rest while walking. I love the bag under the seat. I use it to hold my phone and house keys.
    The brakes do not take a hard squeeze to work. This is a plus for me as I have mild arthritis in my hands.
    Over all I would give this a 4+. But that is not an option. So, I went with the 5 as it has been a great product overall.

    The instructions are not very clear or complete. You have to guess at several points. It took quite a while to assemble and mistakes are easy to make. The unit itself is fairly steady and says it holds up to 300lbs, which I don’t think it would. The brakes don’t hold too steady, it can be pushed easily with brakes on lock so you shouldn’t use it to raise yourself. Arms are wobbly, once they’ve been extended to max. My husband used a wrench to hold one side so he could tighten the star bolts - and now it’s sturdier. If you need minimal mobility help it’s good, but I will probably get a much sturdier unit for when I do my surgery.

    I had an issue with the back wheels on my first one. Within 90 days a layer came off each wheel. Carex took care of it by sending replacement wheels. They are a great company and this is a great product.
