This shower chair was easy to put together and it is awesome that it can be customized to be perfect for every person/use. It can be adjusted for height, but also the back piece and arm rests can be removed. The swivel is easy to work with a large lever under the seat. It has wide legs and rubber feet which make this very stable. It is quite large and wide so make sure to measure your shower to make sure it will fit. The aluminum frame makes this light and easy to move around or in and out of a tub. This is a great aid not just for the elderly or disabled but is also helpful for people with injuries. Anyone who struggles to shower would benefit from this chair, and it very much ensures safety while bathing.

    I got this Careboda swivel shower chair for my senior age father, which has been a helpful addition to his daily routine.

    What Works Well:
    1. 360 Swivel Is Convenient
    Dad struggles with mobility, and the swivel feature makes getting in and out of the tub much safer. He can rotate the seat smoothly (most of the time) and position himself without needing me to support him constantly. The flip-up armrests also give him something sturdy to grip while moving.

    2. Sturdy and Non-Slip
    The rubber grips on the legs hold well even when the floor is wet. There is no scary sliding so far. The seat texture isn’t too slick, which Dad appreciates when shifting positions.

    3. Easy to Adjust and Assemble
    Setting it up took less than 15 minutes. The height adjusts in 5 levels, and we found the right setting for Dad’s shorter stature. No tools needed, just hand-tightened screws.

    A Few Drawbacks:
    1. Weight Capacity Feels Optimistic

    Really great shower chair!

    I was able to make use of it for a family member following a surgery and they loved it!

    The chair is nice and stable, and fit perfectly in my bathtub - it's a standard size tub. The rubber feet really keep the chair in place, so no concerns with sliding around.

    It holds my weight no problem, and I'm not the smallest guy at ~250lbs. It is pretty comfy as well, even though it's a rigid chair.

    Assembly is really simple and the instructions are easy to follow. It'll probably take you about 10-15 minutes to fully assemble.

    Highly recommend!
