Older model Tecmuseh HM100 10hp, Ariens 924044 snowblower it fit okay. The metal bracket for the choke rod is not exactly the same and I cannot use my OEM choke rod. I managed regardless since my engine cover has a hole out the side I could use to fish a clothes hanger and move the new choke with the wire. Also the holes for where the throttle rod goes in were a little small for my rod, had to use a small bit to drill bigger. Worked perfectly after these mods. Engine runs and sounds great! I guess my rods being older were thicker gauge than what the newer models use, maybe that's why the holes were a little small. For the choke rod bracket, I saw another model that seemed a little closer to mine.
