    This carb is almost exactly the same as an original Tecumseh. Just a few small issues. The holes for the snowblower cover bracket were not tapped. You will need a 6-32 tap or you can’t put the cover back on. Adjust both jets around 1 1/4 turns out and it started on the first pull. Runs great. Don’t install the red plastic gas filter. There isn’t any filter material inside it. Totally useless. Otherwise this is a great unit. Fixed my snowblower perfectly.

    As others have reviewed I had to tap threads in order to bolt the cover on. This is an extremely cheap copy of the original carb but come on. How much more would it take to thread these holes. I have the tools and the ability to do it but what about people who don’t.
