My Tesla is a few weeks old. Being my first black car I wanted to make washing easy and keep it free front micro scratches. First thing I did was have it ceramic coated with Kenzo. 1 week later I followed up with washing it with this carpro reset soap. The car was basically spotless already since it was in the garage curing the ceramic most of the week. Here we are another week later and I’m washing again. This time the car has been driven so there’s so dirt and bugs. I noticed the water was beading strange, almost like a film was on the car. I foamed it, rinsed it, and then hand washed it with a 2 bucket system. When I tried to blow/hand dry i could see a lot of filmy haze all over. I tried to use a waterless car wash and it only made it worse, the paint looked like it was actually fogging up after wiping it. I washed the car again and it’s slightly better, but not still filmy. No idea how to get it off. 1. This product does not foam well in a cannon. 2. This product seems to have left a film on my paint last time I washed it, which is now much worse the second time. Perhaps it’s user error, I’m open to suggestion.

    I recently had my car professionally detailed by a small company near to me. The detailing I had done was putting on a ceramic paint protection coating that would last for several years. The guy who does the work told me that I needed to use a good shampoo for further washes and this shampoo had to be Ph neutral.
