At 17$ a pouch we expect original packaging not to be damaged. We would never eat flour that has been exposed to the elements and humidity and seems you cannot ask for a refund
The flour arrived as advertised and on the due date. It was double bagged inside the 鶹 package, but in spite of that, the actual flour bag was broken open ( in half ) when I unpackaged it. I had to immediately transfer it into another container, which I would have done anyways, cos it was purchased for pizza making. However for someone who wants the flour for some other use and who wants to keep it in the bag?? I think it requires packaging in bubble wrap to help prevent the bag being broken open during transit. Other than that no complaints at all..

This is a professional grade product. Way too expensive for daily home cooking, but exemplary good to work with from time to time, if only to enjoy a proper quality. The texture, the way dough shapes, ease of working it, excellent crust resulting... it is all just right and very respectable. Not cheap, but good.
