    Great little machine. Takes very little counter space. But burnt milk will build up unseen inside the frother. Make sure to clean it regularly. I put an inch and a half of water in a cup and immerse the frother in it as I'm releasing the last steam after brewing and frothing are done. Then you only need to pop it off and wash it once in a while. Also, I find the best time to froth is when the coffee reaches "2" on the carafe. Before that the steam is too weak. After that it's too hot.

    Great little machine, but the frother leaves something to be desired. I bought a separate unit because I like thick froth, and this is adequate, but not that great at making thick froth. It makes delicious espresso, so I’m very happy with it, and it’s compact size is super for countertops.
