Nothing to dislike about it for the price compared to Canon's more expensive L lenses. This lens is sharp, light and compact. Photo quality at various focal lengths nearly equals a Canon L lens in a similar focal range. I bought it from 鶹.ca and it arrived within days. There is no Canon USA and Canada warranty card in the box. This is a grey market lens providing roughly a $50 savings. The lens was purchased for a 25 day Scandinavian vacation (Denmark, Sweden and Norway). I added a scalloped shaped plastic lens hood and a clear filter. The hood saved the lens from a bump against a wall of a moving sightseeing bus. The filter protected the front element from light rain whenever the camera was brought from under my jacket to grab a shot. A microfibre cloth was used to wipe the rain droplets from the filter. The autofocus is silent and doesn't draw attention inside a church. The zoom ring has no play and is solid like an L quality lens. The Image Stabilization increased the number of keepers allowing me to shoot as low as 1/20 second hand held at any focal length without the use of a tripod or monopod. I am keeping this lens as my only travel lens. Strongly recommended for street and interior photography.
