However, do note that the plastic will age and expire with time. Manufacturer actually stamps a replacement date on the chock. Personally I might consider in future using a wooden wedge cut out of a 4x4 .

I think this product is fit small/light weighted RV and on level ground but not on medium/big size RV and unlevled ground.

Pretty straight forward but you do not want to use these on any kind of slope. When you disconnect the trailer it will roll downhill onto the block and it will be locked into place, really locked into place. The only way to get it looses is to hook the trailer back to the tow vehicle and pull forward a bit to get the wedge out. That rope does not help if on a slope.

The loop of rope is included to help you pull these away from the wheel and pick them up. It works but not well at all. It's short so doesn't save much reach and because it passes through the center of the chock, you don't have much leverage to dislodge the chock if it's been kicked under the wheel firmly or if the wheel has moved toward it and trapped it in place. I still have to kick the chock loose with my foot or wait until I move the trailer a bit to retrieve the chock. The rope pull would have been much more effective if it had been just a two foot long piece passed through a hole at the back of the chock and knotted. This would let you lay the rope outward where it would be more easily reached at retrieval time (even after kicking the chock inward to dislodge it) and would give you more leverage to dislodge a stuck chock without the step of moving the trailer first. I will make this modification myself, probably with a longer piece of rope and some kind of knob grip at the end of the rope.
