Product description

Camco's RV Water Pump Silencer Kit creates a flexible connection to the water pump to dampen noise and vibration created by the pump. Compatible with most RVs, it installs to the inlet and outlet ports of your water pump. The kit features an easy grip hose coupling on each end for simple hand tightening and installation. Includes (2) 36-inch hoses and (2) 1/2-inch pipe nipples. The hoses are reinforced to prevent kinking. Product is drinking water safe and low lead content certified to NSF/ANSI 372.

    The fittings on the hose are definitely half inch NPT however the hose itself at best is 3/8 inside diameter and the fitting is bushed down to accommodate the hose this will restrict the water flow.

    I had a water pump failure while on a month-long camping trip and had to replace it. I bought these to quiet the pump down as I knew how loud they can be without them. Installation was easy (except the part of having to crawl into a very small cargo area to reach the pump, which was mounted under the shower pan!!) Hopefully yours is mounted in a more convenient spot. But these worked great and the pump is hardly noticeable when it comes on now.
