The Apera Instruments AI1108 pH calibration buffer solution Kit includes two 8oz bottles of pH buffer solutions (pH 4.00 & pH 7.00), and one 4oz bottle of 3M KCl storage solution for pH/ORP electrodes. The color-coded buffer solutions are standardized against NIST certified pH References within 0.01 pH at 25˚c (77˚f). it’s ideal for the calibration of all kinds of pH meters. Since pH level is affected by temperature, a temperature/pH reference Chart is provided on the bottle Label for reference. The 3M KCl storage solution helps keep the sensitivity and accuracy of your pH probes. All the solutions are double-sealed, not subject to the dot shipping restrictions, and have a 1-year shelf life. Expiration date is printed on the bottle. Msds documents are downloadable. Note: store at room temperature and away from direct sunlight. Keep the bottle tightly closed when not in use. Keep out of REACH of children.

    Had an older model Ph-80 that sat in a drawer for a year and had a dried out wick, Soaked it in the storage solution for 20 min cleaned it with distilled water calibrated first with 4.0 and it hit dead nuts then the 7.0 same thing. Fahrenheit was right at 67.0 degrees and I was happy I know these solutions are expensive and I don’t know why but it was the best deal on 鶹 and it worked for me your mileage may vary but I had to give a positive review. The only thing I didn’t like is it was shipped in a Bag not an over Box for protection and I hate that for sure come on 鶹.

    Price for quantity is good. Works as it should. Calibration fluid expires in under six months, storage fluid says ten months. That may be pretty standard for calibration fluids, idk. This is the first time I've ordered more. Hopefully with proper storage it'll last longer than the exp date.

    Ordered the calibration kit with the storage solution. The kit was shipped promptly, packed well and arrived in a couple days. Having the different colors in the liquids does make it easier to work with and less chance of making errors. There's plenty of solution for my needs to maintain a commercial pool monitoring system. The storage solution is also being used for my ORP probe. The pH 7.0 reference can also be used to validate my Taylor daily pool water test kit. The acidic solution came with an extra foil seal to prevent leakage... good idea. This order was for two, so I'm giving the other away as a "gift" to a friend in the industry.
