I used the Convection Oven for 15 months then it quit working after a large cloud of smoke came out of the back and it blew a breaker. It hasn’t worked since and as I cannot find a serial number on it, I cannot complete the form to register my concerns with the manufacturer.

    although this oven works great as a toaster oven, I wasn’t overly happy with the air fryer part. Maybe I need to do more experimenting, as I haven’t had much luck, It does do frozen fries very well though.

    I burnt everything until I figured out it heats over a 100 degrees Fahrenheit HIGHER than you set it at. I have to lower the temperature by 100 degrees (if recipe states 400, I put it on 300) and have to reduce the amount of time as well. That 15 minute pizza at 425 has to be put at 325 for 10 minutes.
