Keeps Coffee pretty warm for about 2 hours without that burnt taste. Pours a little on the slow side but I don't mind it. Also, hard to get the last 1/2 cup with out unscrewing the top off. Nevertheless, I highly recommend.

    We thought that this would be a good solution after breaking a few glass ones. the angle of the spout is such that it hurts my hand to fill the machine, so I use a measuring cup to fill it. It is hard to pour the coffee out. The inside is stained and I can't clean it. After this machine dies I am done with Cuisinart.

    One thing is that I can not get my hand through the opening to clean it. The Keurig has a much wider top opening for easier cleaning.
