    This roasting pan is large enough to accommodate a large turkey easily, and the rack is very well designed to allow you to lift it out with ease. Handles are sturdy and the grip is comfortable. However, the problem I have with this product is that the non-stock coating makes it almost impossible to utilize it on the stovetop, to make gravy, for example, as the coating will start to burn off, with an unpleasant chemical smell.
    I need a pan that’s good for high oven temperatures - this pan cannot be used at temperatures over 400 degrees F.
    On the positive side, it did cook my turkey perfectly, and was incredibly easy to clean.
    Overall, it’s good value for money - just as long as what you’re roasting doesn’t require high temperatures.
