These are great for convenience. I've recently become a widow and don't feel much like cooking. It's just me and is a waste to buy a bag of potatoes anyways. I always kept these in the cupboard just in case I ran out but now I find myself using them a little more often. I remember I couldn't stand instant potatoes when I was younger but either they've improved or it's because of the added herbs that make it better. I actually really enjoy them to be honest.
