We bought our toaster oven in September 20th. It was a reconditioned amazon purchase. Within 2 weeks, the front glass cracked after a roast use. Immediately I reached the Cosori Warranty service (the toaster oven has a 2 year limited warranty). The representative Sophie Wu promptly answered our questions and sent out a brand new toaster oven for us. It arrived today. We're really happy with the efficiency of the Cosori Team to take care of the problem.

    This is the older model of two that are currently on 鶹 under the same name but different listings yet this one is more expensive, outdated and should be avoided because the other one is better. Confusingly, the product images/descriptions are identical and also outdated because there's now a power button and different labelling for both. The only function this model has differently is a SHAKE button that signals with a beep at half the timer and it's missing automatic preheat.

    The large digital display is really appreciated because they're often too small or not well lit. Pressing the MENU button lets the dial scroll the different modes, TIME and TEMP lets you scroll your settings, when the dial is pushed in it starts/pauses the oven and automatic preheat will beep when heated and the timer starts and beeps again when complete. It heats quickly to max 450F but also dehydrator and ferment levels of 80F and the fan can be toggled to full on all the modes allowing "air fry" convection heat to whatever temperature or element pattern, six total used differently ie. two bottom/two top on bake, four top on air fry etc.

    The build quality is excellent with a thick brushed stainless steel frame on all sides, actually identical to a Frigidaire model still available (who is making it?). Heat insulation is perfect without any problems to laminate cabinets on the sides or top, even within an inch. There's also insulation strips layered between the door but you'll notice forward heat coming out the crumb tray, maybe intentionally for flow. It's important to mention a review reporting the interior roof metal warping but it's the first thing I tested and didn't see any issue.

    The non-stick coated tray can be cooked with but I think works better as an oil pan placed below the air frying tray or rack tray to avoid getting the crumb tray and bottom elements dirty, you can also line the crumb tray with foil. Because non-stick will scratch and deteriorate and is arguably unhealthy, I strongly recommend a "steel baking sheet with grid rack 12.5" x 9.7" by HaSteel or another brand around 12x10 without warping complaints, perfect for broiling and baking for around $20 and fits on the included rack tray you'd think Cosori (should have) included it too.

    As for the optional smart connectivity through the app on Android/iOS, it also connects through Google/Alexa and Bluetooth is always on for connection. I would imagine someone thinking it was a good idea if they wanted to start it remotely and have some roasted potatoes ready when arriving home, but according to the manual, no. Remote control is only for after manually starting it, "for safety reasons", and generally seems to be for choosing a specific recipe within the app and locking in the settings automatically. You can also toggle things like the LIGHT and POWER OFF, temperature and time, but personally seems like too much and wouldn't you really need a camera to make it useful?

    Overall, an excellent choice that cooks food perfectly, evenly, and costs much less in energy and time compared to conventional ovens. When new, I strongly recommend running at 450F BAKE with the fan toggled on for 20-30 minutes to burn away factory lubricants (typical for ovens and needs proper ventilation). If you notice the fan rattling (surprisingly common), try very gently shaking the oven on a slight angle once or twice while running only the first time. Otherwise, don't hesitate and just use the Return and Replace option. It should cost around $220 CAD (or $190 on sale) and supports a 2year warranty - more than most other options except for what I think is the closest competitor, the very overpriced large Cuisinart at 5year (apparently they make you pay shipping costs whereas Cosori generously covers replacement). Consider getting an extended 4year warranty on 鶹 for $30-40 rather than throwing money away after only a couple years.

SIRANCO SOLICITED feedback after my order which I provided. SIRANCO is stating that because I replied to their solicited feedback it is too late to return the item even though the return was requested far before March 28. Their customer service are rude and should not be dealing with customers, and should learn to read a date.

    I’ve had this product for a month now, and I wish I didn’t buy it. I should have gone with the Cuisinart. But I tried to save a couple of bucks.
    If you bake at the recommended temperatures, it will burn what you are cooking. Same with air fryer. I tried lowering the recommended temperature, and still ended up with burnt food.
    Do not buy this product. Mine will go in a garage sale.

    Bought this oven about a month ago to replace our old, “regular” sized air frier. Was looking for something bigger and better, something which could handle different types of cooking without having to use a conventional oven/stove top.

    This gave me the opportunity to try it under different circumstances. Here is my impression so far.

    PROS:
    First things first, this oven definitely works as advertised, meaning it functions as an air frier, broiler, toaster, baker, etc.
    It looks real nice with its sleek metal finish looks, it also feels durable and well built. The digital display has nice, clear colors and the buttons large enough to press even while wearing mitts. It is also relatively quiet and it doesn’t emit any foul smell or smoke.
    Its companion app, once set up and connected, also works OK, and it shows further settings useful for more detailed cooking.

    CONS:
    Well…as I previously mentioned I was looking for an all in one solution, which this thing sort of is, meaning that yes, you can definitely cook and bake, etc. but not if you plan using the entire oven space for one particular type of cooking. For example, I usually air fry many of my meals, and I thought that by placing large quantities of food spread across different trays (it comes with three) I was going to be able to cook more. Wrong.

    As the door labels indicate, you can only use a certain type of cooking only using a specific tray level (top, middle or bottom). In other words, I can’t use the whole oven to air fry, otherwise it won’t cook evenly all across.
    Furthermore, the buttons on the machine itself are clear and large enough, BUT for whatever reason some basic and important buttons are missing, such as the OFF button and PREHEAT. By default, if you initiate any cooking from the oven itself, it will preheat and there is no obvious way to disable that unless you use the companion app.

    Speaking of it, the app itself works well, however I don’t understand its true purpose. It will let you set up the type of cooking, temperature and time (and whether you want to preheat or not), but it won’t start cooking unless you push the physical start dial on the oven. Have no idea why unless the purpose for this is to ensure you don’t start the oven remotely while someone is using it or for other safety reasons.

    In other words, both the oven and the app don’t function fully independently from one another, therefore defeating the purpose of either one.

    Despite all of that, it is still a really good product for its price and don’t regret buying it, I only wish I had the right expectations beforehand.
