Case itself is fine, but not slim, about double the thickness of the switch 2, to make room for games The zipper is extremely hard to close and open , causing the Pully to break as pictured, even tried some zipper lube to help , but still ended up breaking. Update: zipper is now broken, case is now unable to close fully, downgrading to 1 star

    Materials and design are great, but the fit is so tight that the zipper scrapes against the Switch when you try to close the case. At first I thought the zipper just sucked, but then I found that it was only getting stuck cause it was hitting the speaker holes on the bottom of the console.

    Will be returning it, beware of the misleading 5-star reviews that didn't even have the console in hand before reviewing.

    Overall I’m quite pleased with this case, it feels like good protective material (both inside and outside of the case), and I’m not worried about bumps or anything like that. Upon reading other reviews, I was a little worried about the zipper, but I found once you get used to it (especially if you don’t try to press down too hard on the lid while trying to zipper it closed) it’s okay. I find for this price point, it’s a good protective case.

    This is a pretty nice case for your console. Has a soft fabric feel on the outside and once opened an excellent padded spot for your console with a spot to store a bunch of cartridges. At first, I thought that silly the cartridges are gonna be right above the screen and they could scratch it, but they’ve added two little knobs there to stop your screen from coming in contact with it. This is the slimmest case solution that I have seen thus far, but bear in mind it only holds your console that is it, no room for chords or chargers or any of that sort of thing. The only small grip I have with this is the outside zipper. It’s got a cool design where you can barely see the actual zipper, as it’s kind of hidden in behind where the two pieces of the case joined together, But it can be a touch finicky to open. Once you’re used to it, it’s no problem, but if somebody was opening this to grab the console for the first time, I would be a little afraid they could flood it and the console could fall out. As long as you’re aware of it, it is a non-issue.

It could also use a lift tab to help get the Switch out of the case. I’ll probably keep it for now since the official case is out of stock locally, but won’t be using it long term once I find something better.

    I like the design and style of this Switch 2 carrying case from COOWPS. It has a compact footprint, and I appreciate the firmer rectangular shape of the case, which offers outstanding shock absorption. The felt material on the outside is a nice upgrade from the typical PU leather, and the inside of the case features a soft microfiber to ensure scratch-free protection for your Switch 2. The zipper operates smoothly, and I also like the tethered pull on the end of the zipper. Priced below $24 at the time of this review, thanks to an additional 15% discount available at the time of this review, this is an easy recommended buy based on the build quality, fit, and finish of this carrying case.
