- Reviewed in Canada on March 19, 2025Verified PurchaseThis tool worked great. My wiper arms were really stuck and this worked. Now people have had issues but I think the key is to use some anti-seize spray (WD-40 etc.) to loosen up the bolts. If really stuck leave it on for a 1/2 hr or so. You can also apply heat. When you get this tool on the nut and wiper arm, tighten it up and then spend some time "wiggling" the arm and try to work it loose. I think with the nut and arm under tension from the puller this is more effective and you really don't have to forcibly crank down on this tool which is where most people likely break it. This is an inexpensive tool and if it saves the windshield and wrecking the plastic trim its worth it. Recommended

- Reviewed in Canada on June 6, 2024Verified PurchaseIn the rust belt this tool is NOT strong enough, however it can be adapted to work without damaging the tool. I do not recommend putting something over the rod for turning it (it WILL bend) however grab the center stud with vise grips using the rod for added grip for the vise grips. Worked great once I figured how to not damage the tool.
- Reviewed in Canada on July 28, 2024Verified PurchaseI had not huge expectations buying this but it’s cheaper than a 60$ puller. Reading the comments I knew the handle was not really strong so when I got more pressure I thought the bar could handle I just grabbed a vicegrip to finish applying pressure. The tools did not receive any damage but Imade sure to be gentle with it. Did not test the smaller puller of the kit since it did not fit on my wiper arm. I would recommend the tools especially at this price but don’t treat it like a heavy duty tool.

5.0 out of 5 stars Both actually work great,! One for tight spaces the other for larger work areas.
Verified PurchaseThese two little pullers worked to perfection and solved a couple of frustrating problems. Had a particularly stuck on wiper arm under a lot of tension in a tight place for example. Came right off with this device. Same for a battery clamp that would not move. Highly recommended.

3.0 out of 5 stars Lower puller arm broke on first use....another identical appearing puller, worked.
Verified PurchasePuller broke at one of the lower gripper arms on first use...hopefully not a usual problem. My son had a different brand puller that looked identical (both from China) and it pulled the wiper arm off the shaft without incident.
