While these adapters might have been made for Starlink, they can be used any place you need a 5.5mm barrel connector powered by USB C. As you can see in the photos, I'm using them to power an Arduino from a power pack. Any where that you require 5 volts of power and have the matching size of barrel connector, these will work.

They are well made and are unidirectional. A very handy adapter to have.

Turns out, you don’t need Starlink to use this small adapter. My LiFePO4 power station has a 5.5mm x 2.1mm input for recharging, and this adapter allows me to charge it with a fast USB-C charger. With this adapter, I charged my power station at 94W.

It works very well, but the adapter gets warm, which isn’t the case when using the original charger and the USB-C side of the connection could be tighter.

Viel kann man zu den Adapterchen nicht schreiben. Sie sind klein, man kann sie immer dabei haben und im Notfall gewährleisten sie Stromversorgung der Starlink mini Antenne mit einem einfachen USB PD-Netzteil, welches ja ohnehin bei vielen Notbooks dabei ist. Somit genial als Workaround für kleines Geld.
Tipp: In jedem Auto eines ins Handschuhfach legen ;-)

Hinweis zum Schluss: In meinen Rezensionen versuche ich, auf die nicht offensichtlichen Dinge der Produkte einzugehen und lasse meist die Dinge weg, die andere schon vor mir geschrieben haben. Ich teste die Produkte objektiv, kritisch und sehr genau. Am Ende fasse ich meinen persönlichen Eindruck zusammen und gebe manchmal eine Kaufempfehlung.

Pratique car permet de forcer le mode PD 20 V. Il est important que votre chargeur soit compatible et puisse fournir 20 V. La sortie est une prise ronde standard 5,5 × 2,1. (positif au centre). Attention toute fois, elle est un peu plus courte que certaines prises rondes. Donc même si cela semble bien s'adapter sur votre appareil, il se peut que le contact ne se fasse pas correctement.

Les 100 W. sont tout à fait atteints sans problème, et de façon "automatique". D'ailleurs cela peut s'avérer dangereux car le 20 V. est imposé et non négocié. Donc si votre équipement ne supporte que 12 V. ... cela risque d'être fatal…
En revanche si votre chargeur est limité à 12 V., la sortie sera en 5 V.

Prix (un peu élevé) : 13 € soit ~ 6€60 pièce.
