We bought this as a replacement hose. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the hose, much more flexible than our old one. The floor attachment is quite wide and glides easily. It has several attachments and power switch on handle is very convenient. I would recommend this product. The only negative comment I have is that there was a large hole in side of box when delivered. The hole was definitely large enough for a small attachment to fall out.
