    Good item, works well, but I found it often would bind up in the branch I was cutting. I'll keep trying it. (Hard to unbind the saw because I was using it on very high branches and had to find a ladder to get up and unbind it. Cuts great.

    First, as an aside, the gloves that come in this kit are now my favorite gloves!

    My first time using the saw it kept binding and after I had cut 3/4 of the way through a 12" thick branch that was 30' in the air the saw became completely stuck. I was afraid that I would have to call a tree trimmer because I could not leave a branch in that condition where someone might walk beneath it. I tried walking really far out to get it loose but whatever I tried would not work. I pulled harder to try to get it loose and the rings that hold the saw to the ropes broke. I was able to get another rope over the end of the branch and break the branch down. Overall, I think the product is dangerous to be depended on for this large of a branch if you do not have a backup method prepared in case of an issue.

    The company reached out to me to suggest that I had used the wrong attachments on the saw blade itself and sent me a replacement. The attachments I used were the ones already attached to the saw (the same as the replacement they sent), but the company is only using the larger carabiners for future orders.

    I am impressed with the company's efforts to make a quality product and to improve it, as well as to ensure customer satisfaction. The blade did cut well, and I ultimately saved $100s of dollars over calling a professional. I would discourage anyone else from cutting as large of a branch as I did though. The risk of the saw binding as the branch tips one way or another are pretty high.

    I will certainly use this product on <6" (15cm) branches in the future!
