#1, Netflix does not work on this box. The installed version freezes on the screen. You can't find Netflix in the Google app store on this box. An attempt to load another version resulted in a message that it was not compatible. #2 The Bell Fibe app does not work due to HDCP issues. #3, Prime worked at first and then stopped working again due to HDCP issues. These problems could be cable related, but the included HDMI cable did not solve the HDCP issue. It may be that my older TV's are not HDCP 2.2 compatible. However, all of my Fire devices work with them with no issue. Same with regard to my NVIDIA Shield (older model). I bought this box basically for its PVR ability. I simply wanted to record a streaming program for later viewing. This function will not work for me as none of the apps that I have that offer live TV will work with this box or at least with the system that I have. This may be an indictment of the current state of copy protection. As I understand with the new HDCP regime, it is not backward compatible and all of your devices: TV, soundbar, TV box, cables and everything that may be connected have to be compatible with the current regime. So, I had to return the box. There is no way on earth that I am going to replace all of my equipment and then hope that I can actually do what I wanted to do with this box. The little bit of function that I was able to observe suggested that the box MIGHT have been a good product so I cannot fault the manufacturer.
