    This item needs a good instruction booklet. The Buzz online stuff is useless. Spent many hours trying to get it set up. Found other info online which showed how to reset the box and then get setup. Also took a lot of time and research on how to be able to load the iptv app.

    I set up the new box with the remote and then it just stopped working. The mini manual is useless and the online just gives you a copy of the mini manual and the support department closed a 4pm Saturday still waiting for a response the the whats app support message. I was replacing an old buzz box that i have been very happy with. If no response from support today i will be returning this item. A big pain as I did get my IPTV installed on the new box and will have to go through that process again when i get another box
