Butter Milk Powder

Flavor A slightly tangy and sour taste. Unlike the flavored liquid buttermilk, it’s not clearly sour.
Preparation: Ratio for reconstitution is 1 g powder : 6.5 g water, buttermilk powder can be mixed directly with other dry ingredients.
Storage Store under cool and dry conditions, avoid direct sunlight. Refrigeration is not necessary.
Shelflife Without oxygen contact, the shelf life of buttermilk can be very long. The best before date on the package is just a reference. Once the bag is opened, please used it up sooner.
