I recently discovered butter London nail color and I love how absolutely easy it is to apply myself, so when I needed some single use remover to take when traveling, I decided to suck it up and pay the higher price to try their product. The scrubbers are much more effective than other "pads" I have used. They were fully saturated with remover and, most importantly, one scrubber removed 2 coats of nail hardener, 1 base coat, 2 coats of dark blue polish, and a top coat-- with no trouble whatsoever, and no left over smears on my cuticles. Very effective.

I am hopeful that these will remain moist over time. A common problem for me with single use remover pads is that, since I use them mostly when I travel, they tend to sit around for a while. Most tend to dry up over time, even though they are sealed in lined packets. I will try to come back and report how these hold up.

At twice the price of standard pads, you will have to make the call for yourself, but if you like to wear dark, saturated nail color, these really work. I don't use them often so the additional cost is not a deal-breaker for me.

I do really love this product and find them very handy. They aren't smelly like all of the Butter London products I have tried. The only reason I give it 4 instead of 5 stars is because in the description it says that one pad should clean ten nails. I have not found this to be true. I don't know if that is because I always use 2 coats or because I like to have my nails completely clean and maybe they are big(?), I don't know. I cant get about 8 nails done really well with one cloth. Also I have noticed that it does go further the lighter in color your polish.

Love the product, but it doesn't clear ALL the polish from both hands with only one scrubber. This is possibly due to the glitter polish I apply over the colored polish that I apply underneath. Glitter polish is very hard to remove. However, it did a great job w/the removal at any rate and will probably work on both hands with one scrubber if you use only colored polish. I will definitely purchase more.
