Directions
To use the yogurt starter, follow these steps: 1. Heat milk to 185-200°F (85-93°C). 2. Let the milk cool down to 110-115°F (43-46°C). 3. Mix the yogurt starter powder with a small amount of the cooled milk. 4. Combine the starter mixture with the rest of the cooled milk. 5. Pour the mixture into a container with a lid. 6. Keep the container at a temperature of 105-110°F (40-43°C) for 4-12 hours. 7. After the incubation period, refrigerate the yogurt. 8. Save some of the finished yogurt to use as a starter for your next batch.
