    The bobbin clips snap onto the bobbin and hold the thread. The thread hugger thing is good if your thread spool doesn't have a slot at the bottom to hold the thread. The thing that holds the bobbin to the thread is awesome for keeping matching colours together.

    These bobbin covers are NOT universal fit. Check the width of your bobbins before purchasing. My Viking sewing machine uses very specific bobbins which are only a quarter of an inch wide on the inside and these are just over a quarter of an inch so I cannot use them. They would be very easy to use and it's a good value for the quantity that you get however I'm going to have to return them because there's no way that I can use them.
