I'm not sure if I got a brand new one or somebody's return, when I received it the wires were not tied up with twist ties, even the video tutorial from the company I downloaded they instructed that I put the little joysticks into the controllers which were already in there, when I calibrated it and followed instructions to the letter this drone was all over the place and wouldn't react to any direction up or down forward backward side to side, I'm not sure if it already comes with the propellers already in place but if it's the wrong propeller this could have been the problem again I felt like I got somebody else's return and it was resold to me.
I returned it on June 10th, they said it'll take 7 days to complete my refund, it's now the 18th of June and it's still not done!
Oh yeah they're quick to take your money before they even ship it but they really don't want to hand it back to quickly!
